For the first time in Spain, Nirakara has the honor to welcome two of the most senior teachers -in both education and training of MBSR programs- who will offer in September the first level of the training as an MBSR instructor. We can not miss the opportunity to invite them to a “Mindful Encounter” to share their thoughts and reflections on the origins of the program, the viability of the teaching the MBSR program in academic and clinical settings, and the influence that the CFM and the Oasis Institute have had both within the University of Massachusetts Medical School and in the communities of patients and physicians who have received the MBSR program.
There will also be a time dedicated to questions and answers.
